Hasan BAYRAKTAR (Administrative and Financial Services Manager)
He was born in 1977 in Çaybaşı district of Ordu province. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ordu/Çaybaşı and Ünye districts. He graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Economics Public Administration and Anadolu University Open Education Faculty Health Management departments. In 1997, he was appointed as a Health Officer to the Statistics Unit of the Ağrı Provincial Health Directorate. Between 1998 and 2012, he worked at the Health Center in Tekkeköy District. In 2012, Samsun Dr. After working in the Purchasing Unit at Kamil Furtun Chest Diseases and Thoracic Surgery Hospital and in the Central Purchasing Unit at the General Secretariat of the Samsun Public Hospitals Association between 2013 and 2017, he worked as the Assistant Manager of Administrative and Financial Affairs at Samsun Gazi State Hospital between 2017 and 2021. He has been working as the Administrative Financial Services Manager of Gazi State Hospital as of 15/07/2021.
