They are the personnel who are responsible for the continuity, control and network system management of the automation system in the hospital. It is to ensure the fulfillment of services and the continuity of service in the institution in line with the policy, target, rules and regulations determined by the Hospital in the unit where it is assigned.
Duties:
1- Intervene immediately for malfunctions that may occur in the system, and if necessary, call other relevant technical personnel for help.
2- It keeps all kinds of licensed software, hardware equipment and tools that are the property of the hospital in the center. It does not allow to be used or copied by anyone else.
3- It does not allow anyone other than the personnel working in the Information Processing Unit to enter/exit, or interfere with the system.
4- Conducts the confidential information of the hospital in accordance with the principle of confidentiality.
5- Information processing unit personnel hold meetings at specified intervals, accompanied by the responsible chief medical officer and the responsible assistant manager.
6- It detects hardware deficiencies of hospital computers on site and ensures their supply as soon as possible.
7- Makes an inventory of hospital computers and is responsible for their follow-up.
8- In order to ensure regular data entry within the framework of dissemination of the computer automation system in our hospital, it gives training to the personnel who have just started using the computer and hospital program.
9- Responsible for the follow-up of the backup of the information in the IT Unit.
It ensures the completion of the Service Quality Standards in the 101-Unit.
11-Determines and records user authorizations.
12-Assigns the requests or faults made from the HBYS Technical Service Module to the relevant IT personnel on a daily basis.
