DR.Cem SOYKUT, Specialist
Soykut began his professional career in 2005 as a general practitioner at Kırşehir Boztepe Central Health Center. Between 2007 and 2009, he served as a public health physician and head of the health group at the Salıpazarı Community Health Center in Samsun. From 2009 to 2014, he worked as a resident physician at Ankara Atatürk Training and Research Hospital. During this period, he also spent one month as an observer physician at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois (CHUV) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Between 2014 and 2017, Soykut completed his compulsory service at Erzurum Palandöken State Hospital. In 2017, he began working as a Specialist in Anesthesiology and Reanimation at Samsun Gazi State Hospital, where he also served as Deputy Chief Physician from 2017 to 2023. From 2023 to 2025, he worked as a field coordinator in a project conducted under the Ministry of Health's Health Promotion Project in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
As of August 8, 2025, he has been appointed as the Chief Physician of Gazi State Hospital. Soykut is married and the father of two children.
