Basic Job, Authority and Responsibilities

-Recording the Documents Incoming to the Hospital and Submitting These Documents to the Manager for Dispatch

-Removal of those who were referred to the Management Office in the Documents Received from the Directorate after the Dispatch, and Recording the Documents Received to the Unit after the Dispatch, by Scanning Process

-Distribution of Scanned Documents to Dispatch Places

-Registering the Outgoing Documents Written from the Hospital Units

- Notification of Outgoing Documents to Persons

-Delivery of Letters such as Assignment, Invitation to Defense, and Reply to Petitions to Persons in the Hospital

-Distribution of Documents to Upper or Subsidiary Institutions

-Separation and Envelopment of Documents to be Sent by Post

-Passing the Documents to be Posted Through the Electronic Stamping Machine and Listed and Delivered to the Post Office

-Includes Assignments for Filing Incoming and Outgoing Documents by Taking End-of-Day Records.
