Change in Chief Physician Position
An important change in duty has taken place at our hospital. Associate Professor Dr. Mahmut ULUBAY, who has successfully served as the Chief Physician of our institution, has been appointed as the Chief Physician of Samsun Training and Research Hospital as of August 8, 2025.
During his tenure, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mahmut ULUBAY earned great appreciation for his visionary leadership, dedicated efforts, and valuable contributions to the quality of healthcare services in our hospital. We are fully confident that he will continue to achieve the same success in his new role. We sincerely congratulate him and wish him continued success in his new position.
Dr. Cem SOYKUT, who previously served as Deputy Chief Physician at our hospital, has been appointed as the new Chief Physician. Our new Chief Physician has started his role with his professional experience and strong leadership approach, aiming to further enhance the quality of our healthcare services.
